Meet the Team

The Lighthouse team is guided by our biblical calling in Matthew 5:14-16 to let our spiritual "light" shine before others, that it might glorify God. Our aim is to provide full-service residential home buying/selling experiences that reflect this foundational principle. We serve all home buyers/sellers, whether they are first-timers, experienced, investors, etc. We seek to glorify God through our level of service to our clients, our diligence and intentionality in every transaction, and our relationships with carefully selected referral partners that will serve you at an equally-high level.

    Howdy friends! First and foremost, I am a follower of Jesus Christ and believe my faith is the source of my hope, joy, and satisfaction. I am an active member of Watermark Community Church and serve in marriage ministry with my bride, Haley. We’ve been married for 7 years and have the privilege of raising our two incredible sons, Myles (4) and Eli (2). I graduated from Texas A&M (WHOOP!) in 2016 with a Marketing degree from Mays Business School and I have been a Realtor ever since. I firmly believe real estate is centered around relationships, which makes my job feel less like a job and more like a calling. Because I truly believe my clients deserve to be treated like family, you can rest assured long after you close on your home you will continue to be loved, appreciated, and cared for.     Hi, my name is Brad and I’m ready to help you buy or sell a home! After starting my career as a CPA in the corporate accounting world, I discovered that instead of spreadsheets and financial statements…my passion was real estate (though I do still love spreadsheets). I became a Realtor and never looked back, and now I spend my days serving clients, and investing in my own residential real estate. When I'm not working, I love traveling and playing all sorts of sports (particularly golf and pickleball). After graduating as a Baylor Bear, I married my high school sweetheart and we started our family in 2023. My work with Lighthouse is really special to me, and I'd love to help you buy, sell, or invest in a home!


  • Hello! I’m Logan McPherson, and I’ve spent over four years in real estate, guiding people through one of their biggest decisions—buying a home. I love working with first-time homebuyer and crafting plans to turn their dreams into reality. I came from my hometown of Springtown, TX to Dallas when I started with playing college baseball at the University of Texas at Dallas. Outside of work, I’m actively involved with Watermark Community Church, where I’ve been volunteering at The Porch on Tuesday nights. In my free time, you’ll find me hunting, smoking brisket, or cheering on the Texas Longhorns, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, and Texas Rangers.

    Hi friends! My name is Alexis, and I have the pleasure of supporting the Lighthouse team. After graduating from Baylor University, I started my career in public relations and marketing. After a few years, I made the switch to executive support and operations for an appraisal company and became very interested in the real estate world. Now I am working to finish my real estate license as I learn from these wonderful Realtors! In my spare time, you'll find me spending time with my loving husband, son, and two fur babies, or baking at home. We love to cheer on the Dallas Stars and go out to local breweries as well.
